Source One Solutions monitors our IT system remotely, and has recognized and solved problems before they have become issues in the past. In most cases, we were not even aware we had a problem until we were notified by our Source One Solutions technician. Unless the problem requires multiple people or different skills, we usually work with one dedicated person who handles our account. This means we don’t have to train additional people on how our system is deployed and functions. Our Technician responds quickly when we do have a problem, and gets us back in service quickly.
